Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

✅ Refund Terms:
Refunds will be processed only if requested within 2 hours of order confirmation.

• After 2 hours, the project will be considered active and in progress, and no refund will be applicable.
• In refund, you may choose to transfer the paid amount to another project or service offered by us.
• To initiate a refund transfer, please contact our support team with your order ID and reason for the request.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

You change your mind after receiving the initial concepts.
Delay caused due to insufficient or unclear client inputs.
You are unsatisfied but failed to request revisions (within package limits).
You request a refund after the final delivery.
You purchased by mistake or without full understanding of our service.

3. Revision vs Refund

Our design packages include a fixed number of free revisions. If you are not happy with the initial design, please request changes. Refunds are not applicable simply due to personal dissatisfaction when revision options are available.

4. Process for Requesting Refund

5. Chargebacks / Disputes

Filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment gateway without contacting us first will be considered a violation of our terms. We reserve the right to take legal action in such cases.
