At DesignMyLogo.net, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. Please read our refund and cancellation terms below:
1. For Paid Logo Packages
• If you’ve purchased a custom logo design or a premium package, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment, provided no work has been started.
• If our design team has already started work or delivered concepts, a partial refund may be offered depending on progress.

3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
• Downloaded or finalized logo files (PNG, SVG, PDF, AI)
• Express delivery charges
• Branding kits or additional design revisions already completed
• Work beyond the scope of initial agreement
4. How to Request a Refund
Please email us at info@designmylogo.net with your:
• Order ID
• Reason for cancellation or refund request
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
5. Processing Time
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to deny refund or cancellation requests if the policy terms are not met or if abuse is suspected.
